That’s why John Delbert and his wife, Leilani, chose to make it their home. Originally from Zanesville, Ohio, John found his way to Navarre in 2018, bringing with him a passion for real estate. With a strong background in Sales and Management, it's no surprise that families trust John to guide them through buying and selling homes along the Gulf Coast.

Since joining Realty One Group Emerald Coast in 2021, John has dedicated himself to helping families find their perfect home. As a U.S. Army Veteran and certified Military Relocation Professional, he takes special pride in assisting fellow veterans with their real estate needs. Beyond the office, John has made a lasting impact through years of volunteering with Big Brother/Big Sisters of Zanesville, coaching sports, and refereeing volleyball and football.
